• Orders placed after 3 PM on weekdays or weekends & holidays may not be processed until the next business day. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive tracking information.

• Orders are custom made/handmade, please check the individual listing for shipping times

• (Please note – unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses)

• We offer free shipping on all USA orders.

• We are currently only able to ship within the USA and Canada for Art Prints

• Please check the individual listing for shipping outside of the USA and Canada

• If you are shipping your order to Canada additional taxes and duties might be charged and are the responsibility of the customer. Your order may also be subject to custom delays beyond our control. We want you to receive your items in a timely manner – to do this please make sure that your address, telephone number and email address are correct when placing your order.

At this time we are not able to offer returns as the art is custom designed per order.

If an item arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately at contact@abonbonlife.com. We are happy to exchange your item for any other item in stock.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure there is tracking or delivery confirmation.
